Our participation, as part of your funding team, to search our private investment network for a
match on the funding of your business venture.

Upon receipt and review of your investment package, you will receive a formal Funding Agreement for signature which includes a non-disclosure. In the interim, we will not disclose the information in your investment package to any third party and will use it only for the evaluation of your project. The funding documents will be "success fee" based and contingent upon the successful funding of your venture. Any funding fees earned would be paid at the close of escrow. Any funding documents received by Island Connections will be kept on file for our records.
