Having spent most of her life working as an insider in the entertainment industry, Lucia Kaiser has developed a contact base second to none. Her vision in helping develop new entertainment projects is exceptional. She is truly a woman of far reaching influence with a rich background specializing in entertainment.
After early completion of her academic studies, Lucia Kaiser accepted an offer that launched her celebrated career in the entertainment industry spanning over thirty years.
Beginning with a lengthy tenure working on the Johnny Carson show, she became their outside publicist and talent coordinator, co-founding Venus Advertising, the first all-woman ad agency in New York. That position catapulted her into the the heart of the entertainment industry in her role as President of the Studio Film Exchange in New York, an organization that purchased and marketed award-winning, documentary films. Before long, she had earned the highest industry respect and accolades for producing documentary films that also made a strong social contribution.
Upon her marriage to Steffan Kaiser of the Wilhelm Kaiser family in Germany, she took an extended world tour through Germany, Copenhagen, Greece, Egypt, South America, India and Australia. Then, soon after arrival in Hong Kong, she became the operations director for a film company distributing Bruce Lee's films worldwide.
Her involvement with new business ventures prompted a move to Hawaii, and the Aloha "spirit of the islands" captured her heart. With the entertainment industry her forte, Kaiser began a lengthy tenure with KHON (NBC) and then KGMB (CBS) television, eventually becoming the first woman at the level of General Manger at KGU Radio. Her masterful and effective radio promotions influenced the history of radio in Hawaii forever, as the creator and producer of a Larry King Live remote special successfully broadcast throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Kaiser has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for a host of humanitarian projects including her role as Chairperson for the Democratic Party during her many years in Hawaii. At her direction, the national radio program, "You Can Make A Difference," was broadcast to over seventy independent radio stations in the U.S., creating a worldwide networking organization that linked individuals and groups to a host of charities dealing with a wide variety of social concerns. Recognized by President George Bush as part of the "Point of Light" program, Kaiser produced the national, award-winning documentary, "Hawaii Files: Journey From Homelessness," which received commendations by the State of Hawaii Legislature, Governor John Waihee, Mayor Frank Fasi, the City Council of Honolulu and the Telly Awards.
Through her extensive community service activities, Kaiser brought Mikhail Baryshnikov to Hawaii to benefit the Children's Ballet School, raising additional funds for the Hawaii Symphony, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Girl Scouts of America, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Variety Club of America, Fashion Guild, The Diabetes Foundation, The Hebrew University, Hawaii Public Television, and the Special Olympics.
Well known for producing lavish parties, and featured on Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous, Kaiser has developed close personal friendships and contacts with such well known personalities as President Bill Clinton and Senator Hillary Clinton, Larry King, Prince Aly Khan, the Royal Family of England, Jordan, Spain, Denmark, Germany, and Nepal, Prince Alwaleed, Fahd Alirezza of Saudi-Arabia, Prince Bandar, The Khassoggi Family, Prince Albert, Oprah Winfrey, Dionne Warwick, Donna Summer, Armand Assante, David Niven, Jr., Robert "R.
